Learn techniques of stretching, relaxation, concentration, meditation, breathing, and movement. This is an ongoing class that students may join at any time.
TAI CHI - Ongoing

Experience the gentle power of Yang Tai Chi as taught by a certified
instructor holding over 20 years experience in the field. Small
movements bring big results when you quiet the mind and harmonize the body.
SILENT MEDITATION is an ongoing experience held in the Chapel on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP is a middle of the week celebration on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
