Today. I seek to remember that my tears are a testament to the depth of my humanity, not a weakness to be hidden. In a world that often seeks to suppress vulnerability, I find the courage to honor my emotions as sacred, understanding they connect me to the essence of life itself. I embrace crying as a healing balm, a release that transforms and enriches, ensuring I remain authentic.
