Blessing in the Breaking - Prayer for 5/22/25

I have chosen not to resist discomfort. I turn toward it. I have learned that what breaks me also remakes me. In the wrestling, I find the sacred. In the struggle, I find strength. I claim my identity as light, limitless and loved. I quiet the noise and let my soul speak. Tonight, I surrender. Tomorrow, I rise new. This is the blessing in the breaking.
