When I am overwhelmed by demand, I breathe deep and come home to myself. I release the burden of trying to be everything to everyone. I was not born to please the world— I was born to live truthfully, lovingly, and free. I honor the goodness in me, even when others do not understand. Spirit reminds me: my worth is not measured by approval, but by authenticity, presence, and peace.
