Longer days bring more light, but they also whisper: rest. I do not need to fill every moment with striving. Light calls me into balance, into spaciousness. Today I let myself pause. I breathe in the golden glow of the day. I breathe out the weight of hurry. Light and rest meet in me, and I am renewed.
