I acknowledge what I feel without rushing to fix it. I slow down and listen to the tender places within me. My emotions are not problems to solve—they are sacred signals calling me home. I release the need to perform or pretend. I honor myself with rest, not as escape, but as devotion. In this gentle pause, I rediscover my strength. In stillness, I am renewed. My worth lives in my being, not my doing.
