The living current of God moves through my body, mind, and spirit. I feel renewed by the breath of this day, by the beauty around me, and by the quiet power within me. Energy rises in simple ways: a kind word, a grateful pause, a moment of movement, a spark of joy. I welcome life as it flows, refreshes, and carries me forward.
