Each day I discover that I am a living tapestry of light, sound, scent, and sensation, woven by Spirit. This mind, this brain, this breath—each a miracle unfolding. I honor the wonder of being alive, not as something to control, but to witness, to cherish, to awaken through. I am both the weaver and the woven.
