Each breath invites me into a deeper sense of ease. Calm moves through my body, softens my thoughts, and brings spaciousness to my spirit. I settle into the present moment, where wisdom becomes easier to hear and peace becomes easier to feel. The breath of Life restores me from within. I am steady, centered, and gently renewed with every inhale and exhale.
