Spring is a wonderful time to see the evidence of life’s ebb and flow. To recognize what belief in the unseen feels like, as I expectantly wait for the buds and seedlings to emerge.
I wonder, then, why I was so discouraged by the seemingly barren earth of the winter months when I know that just below the surface, life is teeming with possibility. So too is life active in me, despite my urge to hibernate. Surely, the seeds of growth will push through my malaise, and a new season can begin.
