I envelop myself in the tranquil energy of spirit, giving me peace and calmness in every circumstance.


As life's storms rage, I find shelter in my faith, secure in the understanding that all is unfolding as it should.


I am guided to embrace serenity.


I am grateful for the unwavering peace that flows inside of me surpassing understanding and grounding me in every moment.
