Being able to accept the flow of life can feel hard sometimes. Endings can feel painful, especially when I haven’t wanted them.
Despite understanding that everything that begins must also end, it’s not uncommon for me to resist those changes and spend precious energy fighting something I can’t control.
When this happens, I pray for grace. I pray to see through your eyes with greater awareness of your presence in all things.
I ask for the ability to release my grip on life and allow it to flow through me.
I invite the sweetness of surrender and the stability of faith to fill me up.
May I accept endings with grateful awareness of your perfection and welcome beginnings with open arms.
