My body carries deep wisdom, and I listen with respect. I honor its signals, rhythms, needs, and strengths. Balance becomes a sacred partnership between rest, movement, nourishment, breath, and care. I bless this living body as a trusted companion on my spiritual journey. Its intelligence supports me each day, helping me return to center with patience, tenderness, and appreciation.
