Loving Spirit, I thank you for this moment.

I feel the goodness of the air that fills my lungs and feeds my body.

I feel the presence of your wonder in the animation that moves me on every level.

I feel your guidance that sits quietly deep inside me.

I feel gratitude that lifts me, inspires me, carries me, and reminds me to enjoy the sweetness of my life.

I choose gratitude.
