Today I recognize the quiet ways people work together. Cooperation is everywhere—neighbors helping neighbors, strangers holding doors, teams supporting one another. I join that flow with gratitude. I choose collaboration over conflict, shared effort over isolation. As I notice these everyday moments of unity, I feel more connected, more supported, and more willing to offer my own helping hands.
