I rejoice in being alive! I clap my hands. I dance in the kitchen. I hum a song with no name, and still the melody finds me! Joy asks for no reason—it only asks for room. Today I open wide the doors of my heart and make space for joy. Spirit fills that space with light, reminding me that delight is my birthright, here and now!
