When I am faced with distractions that clamor for attention, I take a moment to center myself.


As I focus within, I make space for the Divine Spirit's calming presence to guide my thoughts.


Welcoming clarity, I am able to discern what truly matters.


I remember that I have the strength to navigate distractions and feel the serenity of grace.


In gratitude, I open my eyes and move forward with confidence.
