Focused Attention - Prayer for 3/2/25

Through deep breaths and focused attention, I find peace within. I let go of worry, allowing calmness to flow through me. In the stillness, I reconnect with my center. Slowly and with intention, I move my consciousness back into daily life, feeling clear and directed.
