When my thoughts and emotions are overwhelming me, I go above the noise and pray.


In my request for peace, the space where I keep you in my heart opens wide ready for communion.


Settled, I speak words of faith with you. They agree with my soul.


My eyes become open to other hearts, and my ears become patient in listening.


I feel renewed and full of purpose.
