Grounded - Prayer for 10/20/25

With purpose, I spend time in the steady rhythm of breath and earth. The present moment holds me like sacred soil. I release distraction and settle into it.  My thoughts quiet, my heart steadies. Grounded in divine peace, I know I am safe, supported, and whole. From this rooted place, I rise—balanced between heaven and earth.
