Sweet Spirit, May I choose healthy ways to express my love for my family.


May I use the talents and gifts you have given me, in a manner that lifts my community.


May I look upon the actions of others, with a heart that is open and compassionate like yours.


May I treat our planet with respect and reverence.


May I be a blessing today and every day.
