Sometimes when I contemplate all that needs to be done, I feel overwhelmed. When this happens, I find myself losing my sense of direction and experiencing much less joy.
Understanding that I am not alone, I turn my attention to you.
I surrender my need to get everything done and trust that all I can do will be enough.
I listen to your inherent wisdom and feel your peace move through me creating calm and clarity.
