I Can Ask - Prayer for 8/14/25

Even when it’s hard to speak, I honor what I feel. I don’t have to have the perfect words—just honest ones. It’s alright to say, “I’m not okay.” I can ask for what I need and trust the responses I receive. I can tell the truth with love. Love itself meets me in my honesty.
