I Make Space for Healing - Prayer for 6/14/25

When something stirs in me that causes me discomfort, I get curious instead of reactive. I ask what within me is ready to be seen, what memory, pattern, or pain is asking to be held. I hold space for old wounds without judgment or urgency. I let what’s been hidden rise— not to shame me, but to free me. Because healing begins the moment I stop running from myself.
