I breathe into the quiet. Even ten seconds of stillness lets me remember I’m not alone. I am guided by wisdom deeper than thought, loved by something wider than fear. I pause—not to escape life, but to enter it more fully. Spirit fills me up with love and awareness in the silence. So I enter with trust, and I leave with peace.
