Letting Go of Resistance - Prayer for 7/19/24

I accept that change is inevitable, even when I want things to stay the same. I let go of resistance, knowing that struggle creates suffering. By accepting a situation, I relax into its flow.  I find peace and enlightenment in this acceptance, celebrating the freedom that comes with openness and trust in life’s flow.
