There are people in my life who I know are suffering and I want to help, but sometimes I find myself struggling. I get caught in the energy of their difficulty more than the resolution of their circumstances.
In these moments, I pray and consider your presence in all places and spaces.
As I connect in with you, I remember our inherent divinity and I realize how essential it is for me to shift from seeing those that I love from a space of suffering or difficulty into a space of wellness and ease.
I let the light of my love, which is your love, shine inwards and outwards to all that are in need and see them clearly in their highest and best.
I remember that love heals all.
