I am not only this body—I am the light within it. This form is sacred, a vessel through which love moves. Though it reflects the world of change, my essence is eternal. I am spirit—whole, free, and connected to all. In honoring the body without clinging to it, I remember who I truly am. Together, we awaken a new way of being—through love, through presence.
