Sweet Spirit, I can hold fast to what is familiar.


Even if the feelings are uncomfortable, I clench them inside.


When I allow you to be with me, you give me new eyes to see from a higher vantage point, and ears that can hear voices I once ignored.


I am grateful for your loving energy, which gradually opens my hands to spread the good on my palms that I can discover each day.
