I give myself permission to rest. Not because I earned it. Because I need it. Rest is not weakness—it is wisdom. Spirit renews me in the stillness, restoring my mind, my body, and my soul. I unplug. I unwind. I come home to myself. Rest is holy. Rest is healing. Rest is a gift I both need and deserve.

On September 10–11, Renaissance Unity will join with people across the globe for Unity World Day of Prayer 2025. Together, we affirm the sacred power of prayer to uplift our loved ones, our community, and our world.
