I have noticed that when I'm emotionally stressed my muscles tense.
I can have annoying thoughts, and I can't seem to control the snark.
When my emotions are getting the best of me, and I'm not wanting to put forward this type of energy, I take a mental break and place my attention on Spirit.
With a calmer mindset, I reenter the conversation relaxed and centered.
