I am committed to releasing attachments that cause me suffering and difficulty.


I surrender my grip on desired outcomes and embrace the wisdom of letting go.


With trust in the divine plan, I release my need to replay past hurts and hold onto limiting beliefs.


In my faith, I detach from these chains, finding freedom, peace, and serenity, successfully cultivating a mindset of healthy acceptance.
