Sacred Pauses - Prayer for 9/9/24

Red lights, slow drivers, road work, misunderstandings… how they can test my patience! Yet, I recognize that these delays are sacred pauses. Contained within them are opportunities to express gratitude for the gifts of my life and to notice the beauty around me. I choose to breathe deeply and let go of my frustration. In the now open space of my heart, I trust I’m exactly where I need to be.
