I release the pressure to prove or perform. I am not a machine. I am a soul in a body, doing my best. The Holy does not demand flawlessness—only a willing heart. I breathe. I soften. I remember that love welcomes me exactly as I am. In this moment of stillness, I trust that simply being is sacred, and that is always enough.
