Joy comes close through simple things: warm light, shared laughter, good food, a kind message, a familiar song, a peaceful breath. I pause long enough to receive these gifts with delight. The holy beauty of ordinary life refreshes my spirit and brightens my outlook. I let gladness rise naturally. This day offers small treasures, and my heart is awake enough to enjoy them.
