Through the Valley - Prayer for 6/23/25

Even in the valley, I am not lost. Shadows hold their own kind of wisdom. I slow down, breathe deep, and listen. Spirit is not only found in the heights, but in the hollow places too. I honor my vulnerability without shame. I gather strength, step by step. These low moments are part of my sacred story. They shape me with compassion and depth. I trust that I will rise. I keep going with faith.
