Today’s Prayer
Sometimes we can be distracted or overwhelmed by the chatter of the world around us.
At these times we can take a minute or so to disconnect, take a few deep breaths and turn our thoughts to the Christ within.
As we become centered, the activities and noise around us dim and we return to a place of calm.
We give thanks to God for the connection we build with Him as we unplug.
