Recognizing the complexity of my spiritual journey, I seek the wisdom to embrace every emotion as a sacred experience. I contemplate the blessings contained in times of discomfort, recognizing anger, sadness, confusion, and grief all serve a purpose. I lovingly accept each part of my being, even the parts with which I struggle. I pray for the grace to learn from every feeling, to feel compassion for myself and every facet of my life experience.
