There comes a moment when holding on becomes heavier than starting fresh. A moment when the weight of regret, comparison, or perfection no longer serves. So, I choose to begin again. No shame. No judgment. Just breath and willingness. Willingness to try, to change, to forgive, to grow. Spirit is not keeping score—it’s offering support. The path of freedom begins when I say yes to now.
