When I am caught up in the troubling events of the world, I ask for your help in remembering the power of my perception.
Rather than adding my energy to what I see that upsets me, may I consciously examine my thoughts and feelings. May I reach into my heart and look for ways to help and be of service.
With your love firmly in my awareness, I choose to contribute meaningfully to the world around me.
