Sweet Spirit, I stand in awe of the miraculous ways our bodies mend and rejuvenate. I give thanks for this gift of rapid healing, a testament to your ingenious design.


I appreciate and give loving care to this incredible vessel, acknowledging its resilience and strength.


May I always remember to honor and nurture my body, in gratitude for its remarkable capacity to heal.
