When I am faced with unkindness, my heart and actions are guided by my inner wisdom.


I am given the strength to stand tall, and the understanding to respond with love.


I am helped to access compassion and see the pain behind actions created by pain.


I am empowered to be a light of understanding, patience, and grace.


In the face of adversity, I am committed to actions that reflect a loving, transformative power.
