When I am feeling uneasy and fear begins to speed up my heart, I recognize the signature of anxiety creeping into my internal world. I know that darkness when met by light can change everything and I turn to You.


In my communion with you, I ask for your help in identifying how I can help myself. I spend less time looking for a way to stop my feelings and spend more time giving myself access to understanding and compassion.


As I relax into your presence I feel your calm. I listen with intention and act accordingly.


I thank you for giving me ready access to Your calm and possibilities.
