When I come to the point where I am frustrated and need a break, I find a quiet place and close my eyes.
I take a deep breath and feel you with me.
I visualize writing down the complaints running through my mind and giving them to you.
As I feel you take the burden I was carrying, I exhale frustration and breathe in your peace.
Your love and calmness helps me move forward in my day, knowing that with you, there is nothing I can’t handle.
