I am grateful for the joy-filled experiences I have had of celebration and newness, of connection and revelation!
These experiences live in me now and give my heart a path to remember and re-experience joy in more difficult times. I collect them and cherish them, like a garden of beautiful and colorful flowers that never stop blooming and sharing their gifts.
Today, when the world is feeling dark and colorless, when my mind is dwelling on the obstacles before me, I will take a quiet moment to go to that garden.
I will pick a flower and allow its fragrance and beauty to weave into my senses.
I will draw Joy into my conscious awareness again and again, until it becomes my very nature.
And so it is, and so I AM, Amen.
