Today, I commit to transforming my thoughts, feelings, words and actions to reflect only what is loving, hopeful, joyful and peace-filled.
I ask Spirit, and my friends on the spiritual journey, to walk actively beside me in this endeavor.
I will miss the mark. A lot. I will need nudges and course corrections. I will get tired and be triggered and want to give up and go back to being “normal” and moody and numb. (Netflix is always there to help with that.) So, I ask for both grace and encouragement.
With humility and gratitude, I recommit to a greater vision of my own life and the human experience.
