Ten seconds for a friend whose relationship with her children is strained.
Another ten seconds for an acquaintance who's grieving the loss of her mother.
And ten seconds for the customer service representative who assisted an angry customer.
Ten seconds more for the person a continent away whose life has just been turned upside down.
Sending prayer energy hourly to a loved one, friend, acquaintance, someone just encountered, or a person I have never met will transform our world.
It brings more compassion, love, and acceptance to our world.
Thank you, Spirit, for moving me to uplift those known and unknown into your powerful healing light.
