To renew my enthusiasm, I tap into child-like joy and their natural instinct to be curious and creative, to be uninhibited and carefree.


Perhaps I will sing and dance like nobody is watching or listening, or take time to do something that makes me laugh with delight.


Rejuvenated by joy, I become more available and centered.


I am grateful Sweet Spirit for the child in me that is calling me to be playful, enlivening my spirit along the way.
